The Loudonville Redbirds secured a 49-37 victory over the Centerburg Trojans in a girls varsity basketball game. The match took place on December 16 at Loudonville High School.
According to reports, Loudonville utilized a strong second half to ensure their win, outscoring Centerburg 20–11 in the final two quarters. The Redbirds held a narrow lead of 29–26 at halftime and extended this margin through consistent scoring and defensive pressure. Centerburg started with strength, scoring 13 points in each of the first two quarters but was restricted to just 11 points after halftime.
Looking ahead, Centerburg is set to return home for another conference matchup against Cardington-Lincoln on Friday, December 19. Previously, Centerburg defeated Cardington-Lincoln with a decisive 48–11 victory on January 25, 2025.
